I am not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from your reliance on the exchange rates provided by the App.
The App offers the following in-app purchases:
All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. I do not store your payment information.
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly.
All in-app purchases are non-consumable, meaning they can only be purchased once and are permanent.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements.
You may choose to view rewarded video advertisements to receive in-app rewards (flower recovery). Viewing these ads is entirely optional.
I am not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App.
The App and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Daiji Imai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Daiji Imai or their respective owners.
The App does not allow users to submit, upload, or share content. All settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand data collection and use practices.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
I reserve the right to discontinue or terminate the App service at any time without prior notice. In the event of service termination, no refunds will be provided for any in-app purchases, except as required by applicable law. I am not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service discontinuation.
I may update these Terms from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If I cannot resolve the dispute informally, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daiji Imai regarding the use of the App.
