Q1. How do I use the currency converter?

1. Tap the currency selection area to choose your source currency

2. Enter the amount you want to convert

3. Select the target currency

4. Tap the "Go Convert!" button to see the converted amount with flower particle effects

Q2. What are "Flowers" and how do I get more?

Flowers are used to create the flower particle effects when you convert currency. You can get more flowers by:

Watching rewarded video ads (+300 flowers)
Purchasing Flower Festa packs (1,000/3,000/5,000 flowers)
Automatic recovery (if you've purchased Flower Festa packs)

Q3. I have enough flowers, but only a few flowers are appearing. Why?

The number of flowers that appear in the Flower Festa effect depends on the converted amount. Larger conversion amounts will produce more flower particles, creating a more spectacular celebration!

Q4. How do I remove banner ads?

You can purchase the "Remove Banner Ads" in-app purchase from the Shop. This will remove all banner advertisements from the app. Rewarded video ads will still be available for earning flowers.

Q5. Are the exchange rates accurate?

Exchange rates are fetched from reliable market data sources and updated regularly. However, they are for informational purposes only and should not be used for actual financial transactions without verification.

Q6. Can I get a refund for in-app purchases?

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). To request a refund:

iOS: Visit Apple's Report a Problem page
Android: Visit Google Play Help Center

Q7. How do I change the app language?

The app supports 43 languages and automatically uses your device's language setting. To change the language:

1. Tap the language selector (displays your current language as text)

2. Select your preferred language from the list

Note: Changing to a language other than your device's default language requires a premium purchase.

Q8. The app is not loading exchange rates. What should I do?

If exchange rates are not loading:

Check your internet connection
Close and reopen the app
Check if the app needs to be updated

Q9. How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android). Simply:

Install the app on your new device
Sign in with the same Apple ID / Google account
Your purchases will be automatically restored
